How your charcoal is graded
Every delivery is assessed against the agreed specifications. This is what we check:
Moisture content
Class A is 10% or below, Class B is 15% or below. Wet charcoal is the most common reason a batch is down-graded.
Mesh size & classification
Whether the charcoal fits SRC, 2×8 mesh or another agreed size, and how much fine dust or powder is mixed in.
Clean & fully cooked
No stones or foreign materials, and no uncooked or under-carbonized pieces.
Batch consistency
Whether the whole delivery matches the photos and the agreed grade, not just the top of the sack.

How selling to PHLDA works

Send your name and location, charcoal grade, estimated kilograms or metric tons, moisture condition, photos or videos of the stock, and your expected delivery date.

We discuss the condition and quality of your charcoal and whether it matches current buyer requirements.

We propose a buying price based on grade, quality, quantity, location and prevailing market conditions.

Agreement & scheduling
Once we agree on price, quantity, delivery and payment terms, we schedule the transaction.

Weighing & inspection
On delivery or pickup, the charcoal is weighed and checked against the agreed specs. Any discrepancy is discussed openly before we finalize.

Payment
You are paid according to the agreed terms. Cash on pickup or cash on delivery may be available when arranged in advance.

Do you pick up, or do I deliver?
Both are possible depending on your location, volume and the agreed price. Pickup or delivery is confirmed as part of the agreement, before scheduling.
What if my charcoal does not meet the grade at weighing?
We show you what we found and discuss it with you before the transaction is finalized. Nothing is changed silently.
Can I get a cash advance?
Any cash advance or special payment arrangement must be agreed and confirmed before production or delivery.
I am outside the five service areas. Can I still sell?
Possibly. It depends on your quantity, transport arrangements and current demand. Send your location and estimated volume and we will tell you honestly.
Do you buy charcoal powder or dust?
Yes, when there is current demand and it meets the specifications. Ask us before producing or bagging large amounts.
